Shipping Information:
We ship worldwide.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Address Accuracy:
At checkout, MQ Customs uses address verification software to help ensure customers enter the correct shipping address. The system may suggest a corrected address or require confirmation before proceeding.

MQ Customs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. If an order is marked “Returned to Sender” due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.

Shipping Claims:

• Claims for packages marked as “Delivered” must be filed no sooner than 2 days and no later than 10 days from the delivery date.

• Claims for packages presumed lost (not marked as “Delivered”) must be filed after 5 days and within 30 days from the last tracking update.
