All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Each pair is handcrafted to order. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be processed.

If your item arrives with a defect, please email clear photos of the damage along with your order number. Our management team will review the issue and determine whether the item should be returned for adjustment.

If you receive the incorrect item, we will correct the mistake. The item must be unworn—if worn, it will be sent back as received.
